Poor help at the parts counter
Excellent service. Invoiced as quoted.
I'm not often compelled to write a review, but I had such a positive experience I'm writing this review while sitting in their parking lot. I dropped off a stihl chainsaw for repair, and they did an incredible job for what felt like a very reasonable cost. Roy from the service department is extremely professional and personable, and I believe the technician's name was Joseph, he was equally professional and even took the time to explain what I was doing wrong. I will do repeat business with this business for sure.
So my dad dropped off his new mower that he purchased from ag pro. A little over 2 months ago for a wiring harness, and he’s been having to borrow my mower the time being. That fact that it’s taking so long to fix this wiring harness issues is ridiculous. Not only that but didn’t offer him a mower to use during that time. I think you guys just ruined a relationship with not only him but myself. Hopefully you see this and do something about it.
