I had my Hustler Zero turn mower serviced and a muffler replaced. My service rep Kaitlin was excellent and provided excellent service and communication throughout the entire process. Mower was repaired and delivered as promised and I have nothing but praise for them. Great job!!!
One of their workers personally jumped the fence to help me fix my blown tire on the side of the highway. Outstanding customer service and people. Highly recommend!
Slow, 30 min late to show up to work!
I made a horrible mistake going to the service center at Ag-Pro. I needed maintenance on my chainsaw and they said they would take a look at it. They did not tell me that taking a look at it would cost $90. It needed a simple fix, a new chain... The total would come out to $150. Even though this is clearly a rip off, I told them to go ahead since I already wasted $90. A week later the chainsaw was not ready yet, they said the chain was on backorder.
