This was, without question, the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Ashley was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from the start. I will never do business with Ag-Pro again and will be taking my business to another dealership where customers are actually valued. Management should seriously address the behavior at the parts counter because no customer should have to deal with the level of disrespect I experienced.
Absolute trash. Walked in to get a common jic fitting. Was told he couldn't help me unless I had a part number. Bums. All of them
Brought lawn tractor for repair. Was told I would receive an quote for cost. Was never called. I called to check on status. Was told it was done. When loading up,I had some trouble. S guy came out and asked if I was having trouble. I said yes and he turned around and walked away. Done business here before.
