Extremely disappointed with my experience. Communication has been terrible from the start— It’s been over a month at his point (originally ordered on 5/14) and I’m still waiting on my manual for my planter. I was told would arrive in under two weeks and expressed the need when I originally placed the order. No updates, no accountability, and no sense of urgency from their team. I expected better service and reliability.
