I was assigned to them by American home shield. The guys that they sent out did absolutely nothing for me. I had some leaks underneath the house and they wouldn’t craw through the craw space to fix it. They tried to tell me to take out my toilet so they can find the leakage. I finally called a different company.. and they came out crawled through the space and fixed the problem! I def would not recommend them for any water repairs. Their plumbers are lazy.
Was assigned this plumbing company through Home Warranty. I tried calling several times, texted, emailed, no response. A week later, still, nothing. So, I'm having to have my plumbing issues reassigned to a new contractor through the warranty service. Kind of sad.
