Order and received my clutch on time. Went to install the clutch that the website stated would fit. Both the friction plate and bearings did not fit. Called to see if he had something else that would fit or might have sent the wrong one. He was very rude and said he doesn’t have time for this and it’s not his problem. Went on to say he does not want my business. Will not Order on this website ever again.
I give no stars because the clutch kit we recieved was broken right out of the box and we sent it back. The guy said we broke it and didnt refund us anything and he kept the pressure plate. In fact Chris Alred (the guy reviewing the company that says good place to shop) is the customer service person that screwed us on the clutch. GOD BLESS HIM!
Ordered a clutch set for my 2016 Mahindra 1526 and it arrived fast and works great. Couldn’t ask for better service. Thank you
Never buy a clutch kit here. Wrong parts bearing failed from new. Now the tractor has to be split apart again with no compensation.
Do business with this company at your own risk. We ordered a new clutch for a tractor and when we installed, it failed. Shipped it back to the company(at our own expense) and they sent it back to us which of course failed yet again. After we sent it back yet again they only gave a small amount back stating we adjusted it which we did not. Now out close to $1000 on the project. If you choose to work with this company I hope it goes better than our experience.
