I’ve visited this nail salon twice now, and unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing and uncomfortable. The atmosphere is tense, and the staff often come across as rude and dismissive. What’s most upsetting is the clear difference in how customers are treated — I noticed white customers were prioritized and spoken to more kindly, while Black customers like myself were often ignored, rushed, or treated with less care. AG Nails has a beautiful, spacious and light filled space. The technicians are experts at the services they provide and are very accommodating. The salon is a great place to be pampered. I always feel so much better after their service. Thank you.
