I have a very old AC unit on my roof, the original when they built my townhome. So I was a little worried at first that it could not be fixed. Their tech came out, he was super friendly, amazingly knowledgeable. He found the issue and fixed it on the spot! I would 100% recommend them to anyone, and from now on I will never go anywhere else!
Blatant liars who try to juice your pockets as much as possible from an old or faulty machine so they can charge you hundreds of dollars for your parts that cost less than $50. They will try as much as possible not to help the root cause just so they come back for more money. They are terribly unprofessional & disgusting the way the do business. They charge $260 for earthquake belts by the way, which cost $19. Stay away from this company and please read the other one star reviews and see the similarities in the complaints.
Roland at A&G HVAC is awesome. Timely, knowledgeable, kind. Roland is our go to guy for all of our HVAC needs.
I would give them 0 stars if I could. They charge $250 for straps that cost $20. Fidelity Insurance even confirmed how RIDICULOUS their pricing is and this is not even the biggest issue here. For over a month now, we have been going back and forth with this vendor over ONE HVAC unit which they have not been able to repair. The had to visit 3 times and “refill coolant” until they realized the compressor was totally dead & the machine needed replacing. 3 visits, all of them the AC died hours after they “serviced” it the same d... read more
