Not reliable at all!!! Even when he said he was sick I gave him another opportunity to go to appt and he still did not call txt or even bother to show up

Set up a time and date. Person did not show up. Called to advise about the scheduled appointment. Person Albert said - they forgot scheduled appointment. He said he would show up 1 1/2 hours later but never did. Called to inquire their estimated time - no answer on the telephone.
