Worst experience this year. No clear communication, slow processing, multiple times follow-ups . Had to wait till the deadline to review the docs. Better to use other Tax service companies.
a month back, I have submitted all the documents for my individual tax submission, till now there is no status, no call and no one is reached me, I believe this organization need only big Fish companies and they do not care about individual tax customer.
