Very poor service. Sr tax analyst working on my case was disorganized, with no knowledge and had little to no attention to detail. I had to basically go through things line by line and find errors. Fixing those took days of follow ups. And finally when they filed they forgot to update the direct debit EFT info. Or at least o could see it. Trying to reach them for 5+ days and no response. Essentially once you pay them they don’t care. I can’t imagine trusting your tax returns (individual or business) with these guys.
