I am an Assemblies of God minister for 40 years. I have had my 403b with AG Financial my entire career. I am seriously looking to change to Gen Fi (formerly CEP) due to the rude customer service I received today. I won't mention any names because I am trying to be gracious, however, the customer service was rude and condescending. Everything was pretty easy to use, but I wanted to look and see how the 401(k) did for the year and I didn’t see any option to see if it grew or if it got smaller in any way shape or form. Please send me instructions on how I can see that.
