You deserve 0 stars. The prices charged by AG Electrical are astronomical. While the service call charge of $289 is high, I understand charging that much on a Sunday. However, the diagnostics fee to remove the panel door and confirm whether there is electricity coming from the outside is ridiculous. I was told that the diagnostics fee will be decided when the electrician arrives. The diagnostics charge for 5 minutes of work is $673 which does not include repairing anything.
