I absolutely love Sonia, NP. She is wonderful and truly provides great care. Unfortunately, my experience with her daughter, who works at the front desk, was very different. Her attitude came across as rude and unpleasant, and unfortunately, that experience is one of the reasons I will not be returning. It’s disappointing because I really valued the care I received from Sonia.
Receptionist is horrible. Seems to be an ongoing theme with her in these reviews. Very rude tone, and rushes you. She had me on hold for 10 minutes and never came back. I’ve never been here but I was trying to come on as a new patient. I will not be going here.
The Doctor is a good Doctor . However she does disclose your personal information to her staff. I’ve never been to a doctor’s office where the receptionist has access to your personal test results and can see them. Sometimes, they have a bit of an attitude. And every time I’ve been here, there’s always a baby with the receptionist crying. It just unprofessional. You are breaking the law by disclosing patients personal information to your receptionist and giving the access to patients test results. They are not physicians!
