Great experience from booking to my appointment. I've been in need of a primary care doctor and I feel like I've hit the jackpot. Everyone from the NP to front staff was amazing. My visit with Dr. Francis was great. You can tell she really cares, she offered me options (which I like) and throughly explained things so I'd have a better understanding of the care I'm receiving. Thanks to Kayla and Courtni as well. I don't see myself going anywhere else!
Dr. Francis is very personable and friendly. I don’t realize I was speaking with the Dr at the front window because of how down to earth she was . She took my concerns very seriously and explained the process . I am happy to have found this practice
