Great experience from booking to my appointment. I've been in need of a primary care doctor and I feel like I've hit the jackpot. Everyone from the NP to front staff was amazing. My visit with Dr. Francis was great. You can tell she really cares, she offered me options (which I like) and throughly explained things so I'd have a better understanding of the care I'm receiving. Thanks to Kayla and Courtney as well. I don't see myself going anywhere else!
There appears to be a challenge regarding their phone response. However, Dr. Francis demonstrates exceptional professionalism. It is noteworthy that they may repeatedly reach out concerning a minor issue, such as a co-payment of $10.
I was in search of a new primary care provider that was personable, kind, and welcoming. I found all those things and more at Afya. As soon as I walked in I felt comfortable. The environment is relaxing and not anxiety provoking like most doctor offices. I can immediately tell Kayla and Dr. Francis love what they do. Kayla is the best at taking blood and Dr. Francis took the time to explain my EKG results and other procedures. I love that she didn’t pass the responsibilities on to another medical staff member. Nurse Sonia Francis was amazing ! She made me feel very comfortable and was sweet. I can tell she love what she does. Definitely will be back !
