Charles is a kind, faith filled and generous man who was very willing to accommodate special needs of my mother in her move in. While the move never happened, due to distance, Charles was willing to make extra sacrifices to make this difficult transition more amenable to Mom and myself. He showed practical knowledge of the challenges and practical skill in serving the elderly. His residents seemed peaceful and happy.
