Dr. Bromley is a caring professionalHer primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I have never received biased input from this acupuncturist. I love how attentive they are here. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.
The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. My appointment lasted longer than closing time and they were more than happy to stay open until I was finished. I was very grateful for that. The table I laid on during my treatment was so comfortable. I loved the table so much I probably could have fallen asleep on it. They are always very careful and meticulous Did this acupuncturist pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Not at all! It was a "no-pressure" appointment.
Did this acupuncturist ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did this acupuncturist use excessive foul language? Not at all; they are always respectful and courteous!
Was your treatment room spacious? Yes! It was very spacious, dimly lit, and well ventilated
I came to Dr. Bromley for treatment after my third whiplash injury. The muscles in my upper back were very tight and treatment by a chiropractor was not called for until the soft tissue could become less tense and flexible. After three months of treatment the knotted muscles had relaxed and I have been able to see a chiropractor and successfully receive treatment. The first time I received accupuncture I had been suffering from what the doctors say was TMJ and they prescribed several medicines and gave me mouth guards that did absolutely nothing for the pain. As a last resort I contacted Afua Bromley and she gave me an appointment for the same day. My husband went with me and he said he noticed my body relax after she inserted the first couple of needles.
