I love my doctor and nurses,and the entire staff. They even give rides if possible. Quick,also very genuine as how they treat the patients with care.

I like Russel Peters, and would have rated 5 stars, however, the staff has ruined the experience. Not once but twice, with two children, they have messed up yhe appointments. I needed to take my daughter in for her school vaccinations and had an appointment scheduled for 330pm. I had to take off work to make this appointment as school starts next week. Don't go there that Dr works with the same Dr at Clarence Community Health Clinic. They are a team. They don't care about the patients just putting money in their pockets and messing up your body. They both got reported to different hospital and that hospital agreed that they should not be treating people that way at all. DON'T GO THERE!
