All Classes Top Notch..one stop shop
I dropped in to try the TRX MBody class this morning and all I can say is WOW! Aftershok has super motivating coaches and a clear base of dedicated members that support each other throughout the workouts. The facility has a wide variety classes, a ton of functional training equipment, and is very clean. Thanks for the hospitality, Rod!
Very grateful that I walked into this place more than 4 years ago. I am in the best shape of my life, the leanest and the strongest I have ever been. Being motivated to exercise everyday can be a challenge, but the variety of trainers and classes keeps me from getting bored and has resulted in a better me.
Yesterday was my first time to Aftershok and I loved it! I tried the Boxing class and it definitely pushed me to my limits. Everyone was very welcoming and I am looking forward to trying out other classes now.
EXCELLENT! Aftershok Performance Fitness allows me to go to class with little worry of what comes next ….. they offer a variety of classes and time slots suitable for my very busy schedule & also allows me change it up and never hit a plateau.
