If you only have a small boat you may be fine, but do not allow this business to do any work on your houseboat. We started out using them because they could work on solar. However, we pulled our houseboat to have them repair it after water damage. That was two engines that needed rebuilt and a generator we were afraid needed replaced. Armando and Andrew saved our family trip in July!! Our boat had a bad sea pump and the boat starting overheating day 1. I called the the boat place and was hopeful they could even fit it in and explained the situation with the boat and 13 family members who were down for 4 days of boating. Both Armando and Andrew told me bring it over first thing in the morning and I would be back out on the lake by noon. I have used The Boat Place to do some major and minor work on my rental boats and Sea-doo's, they provide excellent quality service at a very reasonable price. Would recommend them with anything from oil changes and impellers to engine swaps and everything in-between!
Forward and reverse controls these guys are on point. Armando you da man thank you so much for making my vacation! Wish there were more honest boat mechanics like you. Not just part changers! Real mechanics you and your crew are awesome.
They got us in first thing Monday morning to fix a problem with our wake plate. It was an issue with the actuator. They took it apart but were then able to contact our dealer in Utah county who guided them through resetting the actuator and it worked. We were able to get our boat on the lake on Tuesday as we had planned. Great service!
