The absolute worst. Unprofessional and rude. They had my car for a week saying they were attching it to a computer diagnosis for hours a day, then wanted to replace the ignition switch for a 3rd time in a year. I refused. It wasn't that, it was never that. I called for referrals and kept hearing, NOT aftershock!! Agreed, I think a High School Auto class would have more skill. They may be good for an oil change but nothing more complicated. A waste of time and money. Incompitant and rude.

I had Aftershock Automotive remove my stock exhaust system & install my Magna Flow X-Mod cat back exhaust system on my 2021 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat Widebody, Tracy and company are the best overall auto shop I have ever used. Exceptional service! Joe at the front desk is informative, patient, upfront and does an amazing job coordinating vehicle service between you and the guys in the back!! They’ve taken care of my 4 wheel drive repair, and aced it.
Some coffee would be nice while I waited. Nice friendly service.
