Busy Ice cream shop, but not sure why? Flavors are good, but not out of the ball park. Two glass freezer case displays of ice cream, but for the most part, the flavors are duplicates in both freezer cases. Is this to make it easier for 2 employees to scoop at the same time? But it also reflects a limited choice of flavors. Employees do not seem to be happy. Decor is boring, with black ugly signage standing out. Lots of other ice cream shops in the area, now I've tried this one, and I'll never be back.
ice cream was good Jessica was the most unprofessional person I've ever come across for a person with one of the simplest jobs to do, slurring words, gaslighting, making absolutely no sense when talking was not a great experience and the amount of times we had to repeat ourselves because it seems like she just couldn't pay attention or even listen was astonishing.
Had a terrible experience with Jessica last Friday night around 9pm. I ordered a double scoop and a half scoop for my boyfriend and I to share. The double was the Cookie Monster and triple C. Half scoop was the biscoff cookie butter flavor. As I was eating my ice cream, there was a horrible taste of mint. I looked closer and there was mint ice cream in my double scoop which ruined my order completely. Way too expensive and the portion of a cup of ice cream was not what I expected! Very disappointed
