I was disappointed. The place was nice - but the quality of the food/sweets was not good at all and way too expensive. It felt like a tourist-trap!
Had a lovely afternoon tea with our party of six. Food was terrific and our server Anthony was very accomodating
Nice location, great gym, pool and steam room. Food and drink expensive but consistent with London prices. Lack of maintenance the main concern. Cheap and loose toilet seat, shaving mirror coming away from the wall in the room. Room service phone engaged despite several calls. Would have expected better for the money paid. We had a great time though in London.
