My sister booked the tea experience for 9 people for her 30th birthday and got sick. She tried to cancel or reschedule 24 hrs before but was told she had no options. They don't care. Now she's out $315! Would not recommend.
The service, ambience and food was exceptional! It was my sister's birthday and they had a small dessert already at the table for her. The holiday high tea was beautifully decorated with a pianist softly playing festive songs. At the end, they send you home with a gift bag of their holiday tea. Definitely recommend if you've never experienced high tea, this is the way to go! You will not be disappointed!!!

The food, tea, and wait staff were excellent. However, we were seated at a short, coffee table-height table with short chairs which was very uncomfortable as we had to sit sideways and awkwardly lean over the table to eat. We were not seated in the tea room but rather in the overflow space adjacent to the bar. If you decide to try the Phoenician for high tea make sure your party is seated at a table with chairs that pull up at normal heights for dining and are seated in the actual tea room where it is not so loud and congest... read more
