I found this company after needing a clean up when a family member passed away recently. I called and spoke to Savannah who is the shop manager in Tacoma. She was so sweet and was able to get here at the time we requested. Her and Jake showed up on time and explained everything in detail before they began. We weren't quite sure about insurance and Savannah helped guide us through the entire process of filing a claim. They waited a few hours on site for us to make a decision before proceeding. Savannah's team helped me out when my father passed away in his home. Her team was able to fit us into their schedule almost immediately which was fantastic to get something important like a quality cleaning done quickly so the house would be kept in good shape.
