We called Aftermath for biohazard cleaning after we dealt with another company the night before that we had a bad experience with. This was cleanup after a death, which is a very sensitive matter, and it left a bad taste in our mouth the way the first company was there for 2 hours and unable to give us any kind of ballpark quote after looking at the scene, and told us they couldn't help us until we got the homeowners insurance information, then improperly locked the door to the residence. Sadly two raccoons got into a fight in our back stairwell and there was a lot of blood to clean up. I had a great experience with Aftermath!! They are extremely professional and communicated with me in a timely manner. They did the job effectively and efficiently. I’d highly recommend them!

You know, you don’t know what you don’t know, and I am so happy that this company did KNOW exactly what needed to be dine. They were able to assist and support a really horrible situation and make it better . And promptly! Trevor B and Ronni were amazing——communicative and empathetic in a really hard time . They did what needed to get done and I recommend their service .
