First and foremost I’d like to apologize to the Aftermath employees that did the work at my home when my husband passed; Kendal and Jonathan I’m sorry for accusing of stealing my ring and husbands watch. While packing to move I found both items an no more than an hour ago. I am so sorry for jumping to conclusions without properly looking. With that being said I thank you both for doing a great job handling everything from beginning to end I couldn’t have asked for more. Once again I am sorry to Kendal and Jonathan .

After the unfortunate events that took place with the loss of our daughter. We reached out to aftermath to take care of the work. Johnathan and Kendall came the same night after completing another job I was told and did their assessment Johnathan was extremely professional and compassionate . He began the work right away. This is the hardest time of my life..but I must take the time to say Kendall was amazing. Loosing my husband is the hardest thing I’ve ever been through and Kendall was so professional, caring, considerate and accurate. The cleaning didn’t take long at all, maybe about 2 hours. He was on time and provided me with all the steps and the process which made things easier for me. Highly recommend Aftermath. Kendall and his team, Jonathan and Jaime, were extremely helpful, friendly, and sympathetic during a difficult time. Aftermath was able to meet me same day I called for an assessment, and they went further to make contact with the insurance company and start a claim when I did not have all the details available. They provide exceptional service with daily communication and completed the necessary work in a timely manner. Thank you for everything!
