Placed an order with a 6 - 8 week lead time... Now coming up to 8 months and still haven't received order or even any info in the past month. But they took my money the day after I placed the order. Keep getting told month after month it will ship next week when they receive material. 9 months now... No change to status. Still no order, proof that they even started it, or a refund. Worst company I have ever dealt with.
Ordered seats several months ago. Was told 3-4 weeks at the time. Was also told 6 times that they would ship within the week but I’m still waiting. Communication is almost non existent as the phones are never answered, voicemails are never returned and it takes 3-4 emails to get a response.
Great people to work with and understands customer. Seats arrived and I was very pleased . I was able to get this customers project moving. I will buy again.. Al McDonough Mn.
They installed a new seat cover and softer foam for my motorcycle seat. Flawlessly
My husband Ordered a bench seat in may! Almost 5 months and still no seat! Keep getting the run around! Didn’t have a hard time taking our money! Over $1,600 ! If you don’t want to get screwed don’t order from this place!!
