1 star only because I cant give a 0 or negative number!!! I have wasted over a month on these guys trying to get a rebuild OMC. They claim it has been shipped but wont give me a tracking number or company that it is being shipped with so I can track it down myself. because of some inability to use email to send an invoice I had to resort to text messages. when i call about getting shipping info i get "I will text it to you" followed by hanging up. Stay far far far away form these clowns
I will agree w/ the first poster. These people are rip off artists. Buddy (the owner) walked away with $800+ in material and labor and refuses to pay his bill. My experience is the same w/ Marilynn M. Absolutely horrible to deal with and have more excuses than sense. Stay away and do business with someone reputable!!! (ZERO on the ratings)
Absolutely horrible to deal with. I would give them no stars if I could. They sent me the wrong part, which I paid the freight charges for, then required me to pay the freight charges to send it back and then it was almost 6 weeks before they shipped the right part back to me and I had to twist their arms to get the tracking number and I still don't have my part. Do yourself a favor and deal with a reputable company and not this place.
