Worst experience to date with a motorcycle shop. RODE a perfectly fine Harley over to Jon to have the cam tensioners inspected on Oct. 1. He did call to inform me another bike was giving him a hard time and mine was delayed a little. Oct 17 I get prices and options, pick my options and cam and pay $2k up front. Nov. 4 the bike is supposed to be ready, finally. Made it less than 10 miles and the compensator loosened off. Jon came and got it put back together and I took it home and put it up. Worked with Jon here had a slipping clutch since I bought my 2018 Ultra from Harley down the road, had a knocking noise inside the primary as well, after multiple visits to the stealership could not get it fixed there, took it to another shop and was ignored as well, but Jon took the extra time to figure it out.
