Worked with Jon here had a slipping clutch since I bought my 2018 Ultra from Harley down the road, had a knocking noise inside the primary as well, after multiple visits to the stealership could not get it fixed there, took it to another shop and was ignored as well, but Jon took the extra time to figure it out.
