My mom recently visited this Salon and had a horrible experience. First things first she made a 2 pm appointment was 10 mins early for her appointment and had to wait 10 mins past her appointment time for her stylist to even show up. Then once her stylist finally showed up a different client who showed up 15 mins after my moms appointment was supposed to start took it upon themselves to go and plop themselves right into the stylist’s chair to proceed to get a wash and blow out.
