This is for today. It's not normal for this business. It was SOOO extremely difficult to get someone to help me ADD funds to an account MY WIFE already has, I mean - I wanted to ADD funds to an ALREADY open account !!! All other times - no issues. But NOT today.
The owner and her staff are top notch. They provide fantastic service and a really welcoming experience. The facials are excellent and Lindsey, the owner skills are impeccable. Highly recommend.

I booked a birthday massage and pedicure for my mother. It was booked online using a credit card to reserve. Knowing that it was my mother birthday at the end of the experience they proceeded to charge her for the birthday gift knowing it was a birthday gift. Furthermore they refused to refund my mothers card and charge my card and then stole the gratuity my mother was nice enough to leave these criminals.
