If you find yourself in need of restoration services due to water or fire damage, in my opinion there is only one company to call, After Disaster. They responded very quickly to my 4 AM call for help with a water leak that affected practically my whole house. Of course this was unfamiliar territory for my husband and I. After Disaster, did a fantastic job and took all the stress out of my house fire. I had a house fire the day after Christmas and had to have my home completely gutted and rebuilt. Mark was my liaison; he was very thorough. He walked me through every step. Kept me updated from the pack out of my unsalvageable and salvageable goods to the city inspections and even gave great suggestions on appliances and options for the rebuild. We had a pipe bust and they sent out Jackie and Stuart and the did a fantastic job . They keep you updated on everything that going on . I highly recommend this company . It is so comforting to know After Disaster is there for you in a time of need. I have used them twice and have them on speed dial on my phone. I had some flooding from a malfunctioning washing machine. I knew it needed to be taken care of right away and I called them on a Sunday and they were here within 1 and a half hours taking care of things and drying things up. The After Disaster team arrived within 1 hour after we called USAA for water remediation…. They worked diligently until 9:00 on a Friday evening, and were amazing!!!! Water had spread over several rooms and through the floor to the basement. They brought truckloads of dehumidifiers & fans that were set up for 5 days, coming back to the house to check the drying process several times.
