Best gym in greater sj area. Has regular gear that cookie cutter gym has but also has tons of turf and gear that former athletes can use that you can’t get anywhere else Staff are very friendly and atmosphere is great

Afterburn is the best start to my day! The workouts are challenging with lots of variety and my morning coach Leigha is always full of energy and enthusiasm! 2 locations to choose from and the best part for me, flexible morning workout times allowing me to pick and choose my workout time every morning! Best way to start your day! Highly recommend for anyone to give it a go! Free trial the first week! You will not regret it
