Stay far away from this place. Their website is very misleading and an attempt to collect people's information then telling them that the insurance companies listed on their page aren't in network. Honestly I should have read the reviews on this place before I attempted to get help here it would have saved me a lot of time and effort. They are very misleading and just want money as many people here have noted
Money hungry company. It’s been hard for me to find the right fit since I moved and I still haven’t went here for a be month and worked with someone who wasn’t the right fit. I feel like it was a waste for me to go to counseling and I’m getting very vague answers. Or answers from a counselor that I could have got from a friend. I was told that it wasn’t up to me to choose how many times I’m coming for the week or month. I greatly appreciate the help that I received from Dani. Our sessions gave me tools that I can use going forward in life as I try to improve my internal happiness and wellness.
My therapist was double charging me for months and then randomly quit with only 2 weeks, and 1 session notice? And failed to properly switch to me to another therapist after making NO effort in my growth. She was entirely unprofessional and preferred to small talk opposed to actually helping me during sessions. Was supposed to be in behavioral therapy and my therapist never used any actual techniques to help, whenever I would tell her my issues she would just listen and tell me its ADHD. I saw four counselors here. The first two were not a good fit for me, which is to be expected when you're searching for a new mental health counselor. I saw my third counselor for some time and really liked her until more recently I just felt like things became stagnant, so I changed to a new practice. The fourth counselor I saw there seemed liked a great fit until she abruptly fired me as a client in the middle of a session when I was going through extreme distress due to a recent severe traumatic event.
