Avoid this repair shop at all costs. Don't trust all of these 5 star reviews like I did. This is a little Mom and Pop shop that is very poorly ran, disorganized and does very poor work. My car needed what seemed like a simple repair but they bungled the job and it came apart so I had to take it back. When I inquired why they kept changing the date for the pick up of my car initially, a guy Justin or Jason I belive his name is who said he was the owner attacked my personal character out of the blue by text message, very weird... read more

UPDATE 9/18/26: STILL NO RESOLUTION. Unfortunately, despite Justin responding to me and repeatedly saying he was “trying” to resolve this, my vehicle is STILL sitting at Toyota of Denton and has not been repaired. On September 11, Justin told me in writing that he would be speaking with Toyota that day to work toward a resolution. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE — ALMOST A YEAR LATER AND MY VEHICLE IS STILL NOT PROPERLY REPAIRED. After The Storm was hired on October 23, 2025 to repair accident damage to my vehicle. My insurance company paid the shop over $19,000, and I personally paid my $2,500 deductible.
