Nurse Kate is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, warm, and thorough. She offered guidance for a blocked milk duct while I was breastfeeding and she was a wealth of information. Highly highly recommended to every mom who has concerns and is looking for support. The first time i called Kate when i got a clogged duct for the first time and i was in extreme pain and it was weekend so i was not able to visit my family doc. she gave me solution on call only about feeding and how can i improve the duct soon.
