We have consulted Claire on 3 separate occasions so far, all regarding sleep issues with our baby, now toddler. Claire is very knowledgeable in this field, we particularly found the possums program very helpful helping our sleep situation at the time. Always come away from the consultation feeling hopeful and positive that we will be able to improve sleep.
Did not enjoy the sessions as didn’t feel the facilitator was focused on us. Hence disengaged after 3rd try.
I’m so glad I came across After the Bump as it has proven to be an invaluable experience; right from pregnancy, through to postpartum and taking my now toddler to the mumma tribe groups. Always feel welcomed and at home, a fantastic community to be a part of.
This has been so helpful for my little guy & myself. Clare is approachable, knowledgeable & gives you advice without judgement, making you feel comfortable to ask more questions when you have them. You have an opportunity to make some mum friends & your little one makes new friends too.
As a new mum I was looking for a group where I could interact with other local mums and hopefully find a ‘village’ to be part of. After joining Mumma Tribe for term 1 I instantly found a safe space to connect with other mums, have some fun and get some great advice on how to raise a baby from an experienced Child Health nurse. Claire has created an amazing program with guest speakers and the fun Maggie Moo classes each week.
