I took a chance on After Life, opting against attending a traditional spa. It was recommended through a Facebook group. I'm glad I made the choice, electing to support a small business. L'Nai Cade helped alleviate my back and shoulder pain, communicated throughout the process, was exceptionally professional, and has a wicked good sense of humor. I think I have found a reliable massage therapist moving forward.
