I've been seeing L'Nai at After Life weekly for almost two months now for lymphatic drainage massage. I have been dealing with swelling in my calves and ankles, as well as some lipedema in my calves. I’ve been going to After life Massage for a while now, and it’s made a huge difference for me. I’m a caregiver for a loved one, so my shoulders and back are constantly tense, and I also have tightness from old injuries. I took a chance on After Life, opting against attending a traditional spa. It was recommended through a Facebook group. I'm glad I made the choice, electing to support a small business. L'Nai Cade helped alleviate my back and shoulder pain, communicated throughout the process, was exceptionally professional, and has a wicked good sense of humor. I think I have found a reliable massage therapist moving forward.
