I’ve been going to After It for a few weeks and I can honestly say I love it. Wyneth is such a great coach! update: I signed up with my friend and had been going for a short time. they had me pay a cancelation fee but not her for some reason. They are were still nice tho.
1st time working out with a group and it was great. 15 minutes in only and it felt like it was 30. Definitely effective felt the workout for 3 days.
Absolutely love the energy and people here! Coach Jack has been instrumental in helping shift mindset and work smarter for my needs 💪🏻 Fighting 💪🏻 I'll be staying here for a long time! Check them out, highly recommend ❤️
They do not have a good contract policy. There is no relocation clause or any clauses for that matter, membership is generally about $200+ a month for the group classes so if you move away suddenly or need to cancel for an unavoidable reason (not just disliking the gym) you will be stuck paying that. Honestly, they were not flexible even before I moved away and needed to cancel and there were very false promises from day 1 regarding membership contents and expectations that I never saw.
