Steve was an amazing tech! Out of all of the companies that I’ve had sent out to work on my television, he was by far the best technician and he was extremely knowledgeable and kind. If I ever have any technical issues with my tv again, I HOPE that my warranty company assigns this company and that I get Steve! Thanks for everything you do, Steve. Keep being excellent!

They could have charged me a few hundred to replace my TV’s bulb but instead he told me to order the part and encouraged me to look up how to do it myself. I appreciate the honesty!
