I wish I could give them 100 stars. We rushed our Corgi, Mollie in late last night with what we didn't realize was life threatening problems. Due to financial circumstances we weren't sure what we could do to help her. Dr Cook, Tiffany, Shayla, Aaron, and the entire staff took on our sweet Mollie like their own and gave her the best care and worked within our budget to save her. We are so grateful for the support and love from everyone here and we will never go to another emergency clinic again.
My cat had consumed a toxic amount of a medication, and I was at my wits end. I was recommended to check in with Animal Emergency Hospital for a short stay, and my experience has been exemplary! I was seen in fairly short order, and Dr. Coulter went over the projected care plan. My concerns were addressed, and I was comfortable letting them care for my cat. I brought my cat last night because he vomited 4 times in one day. I called many vets to ask if any of them had payment plans, and all of them recommended that I come here. I was attended and triaged by Katie and Rik. Katie is an AMAZING Vet Tech! She was incredibly attentive and listened to everything I had to say. She has such an amazing personality and made me feel reassured that I was doing the right thing by bringing him in. They were very helpful and friendly, directing me to the aspca poison control, when my dog ate a xylitol lozenge. No charge from this wonderful vets office! Amazing.
