They helped me navigate my first male cat's urinary tract blockage over the 3 visits we made over the weekend. It is such a relief that they are open 24 hours a day. Techs and vets are gentle and caring. My boy ultimately blocked and will be there for a few days but I have full confidence in their care. I absolutely LOVE this emergency vet they take exotics so I’m able to bring my guinea pigs. They’ve treated 3 of my animals so far and every single time they reassure me, treat me with respect, answer my ridiculous questions & truly do an amazing job without rushing. It's been almost 2 weeks and my furbaby is thriving because of the amazing service of this team. I called because my dog had eaten a small piece of diced onion off the floor 2 days prior. He had not eaten or drink water all day. It didn't make sense to me because of his weight compared to the single diced onion, but he was deteriorating fast. My bunny was not eating which can be fatal! I am so grateful I could find an exotic provider where I could take her to for help! The staff was able to provide her care that helped save her life!
I took my baby dog in because he was bleeding from his rectum, couldn’t hold his stool (had severe diarrhea), and couldn’t keep water down. He was extremely dehydrated and in the early stages of pancreatitis. The team took such amazing care of him — they kept him overnight and allowed me to visit him, gave him the right medication, and made sure he was comfortable and cared for the entire time.
