Listen to the other 1 stars like I wish I had. I would strongly advise against bringing your pet to this location, especially if Dr. Martinez is involved. His smug and condescending attitude is incredibly off-putting, as he seems to believe he's intellectually superior to everyone in the room. While he may be "educated" in his field, he certainly lacks the basic empathy and understanding required to deal with pet owners going through difficult situations.
