Reception and nursing staff are rude and unkind. Dr Kaplan has no bedside manner, is uncaring and was horribly rough with my two year old. Not to mention that he was condecending towards me. I regret taking my child there and DO NOT recommend this facility.
for your child's sake, go elsewhere Of the reception and nursing staff, one was more rude and unkind than the next. Just when I thought it couldn't get worse, Dr, Kaplan came in. He was rough with my two year old that had ear infections. He has no bedside manner with her and was anything but patient and kind to my child. Not to mention that he was condecending towards me. I DO NOT recommend this facility!
Service was not acceptable... – Took my son there because we thought he may have a sinus infection or strep throat. He had already been sick for three days with a fever and the doctor told us that it was allergies. He would not do a strep test and we waited for an hour and a half and there was only one other patient ahead of us. The doctor was to busy on the internet to see us in a timely manner...the other location in Sanford is MUCH better! BAD EXPERIENCE When i first walked in my experience with the front office staff was excellent, but things quickly went downhill when Dr. Kaplan walked into the room. I knew from the moment when he entered the room and didnt even introduce himself to me or say hell that this was going to be a office that i would regret coming to. He mad me feel like i had no reason to bring my son there or to be concerned about his condition. Excellent Service, Staff, and Treatment by All!
Just amazing This is like a little ER for little ones. I had my son with some earache and I took him around 7pm and the service was just amazing. The lobby is painted with the ocean and absolutely kid friendly to make their wait enjoyable. They attend it to my sons pain immediately and I am so happy they were so close to me.
