Great experience. I hadn't been hypnotized in a long time and was a bit nervous, but he gave me a very comprehensive explanation of the hypnosis process at the beginning of the session and did a great job intuitively responding to my state of mind and helping me to get to an ideal point of relaxation. Would definitely recommend.
