My wife had a very disappointing experience with this contractor during sidewalk repair work in our community. She respectfully asked questions about the repair process after observing epoxy coating being applied before concrete repairs were completed, followed by only thin spot-coating over repaired areas. 7/25 I had a 40 gallon Rheem electric water heater installed in my condo by After Hours Home Improvement. Upon completion, I received an non itemized invoice in the amount of $2,575. I called to complain about the charges and inquire why the invoice was not itemized. I spoke with a person named Reid and he told me that was the way they billed and sent out their invoices. Hiring After Hours home improvement has been the greatest experience I have had working with a contractor. The owner Reid is incredibly knowledgeable, extremely communicative, tremendously trustworthy and honorable trustworthiness.
