Dr. Shockey is an amazing doctor however I went today and Brandi the receptionist was beyond unprofessional and rude. I walked up to the counter to pay with absolutely no acknowledgment, glued to her phone. I wanted a minute because obviously she was in the middle of something. I paid the high prices for medical insurance for many years and found it was more affordable and convenient to go here. Very friendly and personable staff! I recommend AFP all the time!
