We had a wonderful experience. Our puppy was well cared for. The staff thoroughly communicated our options and they were caring and reassuring. Our puppy had to spend the night, and when we called for an update early the next morning, they were friendly and informative. They clearly love animals and want the best for the animal and for the animal's family. Thank you so much for a great experience! We appreciate you taking the time to communicate, to show compassion, and to help us in our time of need.
Absolutely will never be back! Wanted to charge 50.00 just for me to be back there to put my fur baby to sleep. Word of mouth goes a long ways
Terrible, horrible, pathetic. They don't care about your pet, only want your money. If you choose to not pay the 1000$+ bill for them "trying" to help your pet, then they will be extremely rude and tell you that you are dumb basically. We have had 2 pets get significantly injured and both times brung them there, once for my dog being attacked and once for a puppy of mine nearly drowning and both times to "save" them the bill was in excess of 2000, so we decided to bring our little ones home and bring them to a regular vet th... read more
This is the worst veterinary office I've ever been in. They have no compassion. I took my dog to have him put down. They left my family and my beloved pets suffering for more than an hour for a three minute procedure. This is the second time I have had to use them with the same results. They charge $35 if you want to leave your pet and have them take care of it and $95 if you want to stay and be tortured.
