My experience here was awful. Dr Ramesh Singh was so unprofessional and dismissive. He sat in his chair slumped with his hood over his head without looking at me. He made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. He kept interrupting me when I was speaking and told me he couldn’t help me. I left in tears and ended up driving myself to emergency after my visit to get adequate care.
Dr Ramesh Singh was VERY rude. Completely dismissive and no care for his patients at all. Very rude attitude and lack of empathy. Got his information wrong which has cost me financially due to his incompetence. Would recommend to go to any other doctor if you are looking for someone who will show you respect & give you accurate information.
I visited this after hours clinic last Sunday morning at 7am, as I was in pain and needed medical attention. The doors opened on time, I was greeted by a helpful & friendly receptionist, the doctor saw me promptly, and I received a script for my recovery. I am so grateful this service is in my community, and I recommend it! The people who work these after-hours hours are to be commended. I am better - Thank you!!
Fast, efficient and friendly service. The receptionist & doctor were friendly and had me in and out within 5 minutes. BULK BILLING was a bonus.
I found Dr Singh to be very respectful and highly efficient in my dealings with him. I am greatful to have a service like this available in our community especially when your unable to get an appointment immediately with your GP
