Fast, efficient and friendly service. The receptionist & doctor were friendly and had me in and out within 5 minutes. BULK BILLING was a bonus.
I found Dr Singh to be very respectful and highly efficient in my dealings with him. I am greatful to have a service like this available in our community especially when your unable to get an appointment immediately with your GP
If you’re thinking of going here, read this review first. If I could give 0 stars I would, but I’ll give my 1 star to the receptionist who was lovely, but the GP was SHOCKING. Called out from his room and I had to try and figure out where it came from, said what’s wrong before I could sit down, immediately jumped to the wrong conclusion before I could give any context and said there was nothing he could do and to take pain medication until I could ‘see my GP’ (thought that’s why I was there??). BEWARE- OFFICIAL COMPLAINTS NEED TO BE MADE ABOUT THE DR ON DUTY TUESDAY EVENING TO SOMEONE WHO WILL LISTEN. Do not take your children here. He will not diagnose or treat them properly. My daughter left with injuries to her hands. As her mother, I feel terrible for taking her to this horrible Dr!!!
The receptionist & doctor were rude! The Dr did not let me speak or tell him my symptoms, he just said he doesn’t know and “the best i can do is give you antibiotics” and rushed me out the door. Everyone who has left a review feels the same way i do that this Dr should not have his medical licence as he has misdiagnosed far too many conditions.
