Called and booked an appointment. Drove over, and they’re CLOSED by the time I get here. Lights are all off, just gone. Sign says they’re open for another 3 hours. What is the point? Close this location down and lay them all off.
Called and got through on 4th try , got an appointment . They so fast and friendly and were in and out in 29 minutes, I highly recommend this place .
I couldn't get through to the reception for half an hour, there were 17 attempts to get through, there were beeps, and then the answering machine turned on. I have an emergency situation where I need to urgently resolve the issue. I am very upset that the calls were ignored and no help was provided.
Great experience here ! I took my baby in on the weekend , turns out he had ear infection .. very kind doctor .. so much nicer having an appointment and no long wait times like at emerg with an unhappy baby . I had to redial awhile to get a hold of them as they are probably quite busy but all in all highly recommend. Thank you !
Dr. Gower was absolutely lovely. Thank you for being so kind and giving me a doctors note so I don’t get fired for having to miss a couple days due to illness. Much appreciated.
