I can't say if the doctors here are good or not because I can't be bothered trying to jump the hurdles reception put me through to even get an appointment. So despite the physical pain I'm dealing with it was easier then being treated like crap by the person at the front desk. Treating me like I'm not entitled to health care because my card is a little out of date and there is obviously a mail strike going on so not like I can get a new one I'm here for schooling so not like I can go see my normal doctor and now I'm likely g... read more
Dr.Williams was amazing. Professional and skilled but also calm and very nice. Need more doctors like that. I felt lucky to have her as my doctor when I went to the after hours clinic at Walmart Fergus. Thank you Doctor!
Got booked the same day and were very friendly. Doctor was very nice, informative and quick! Not from the area, here for vacation so I definitely appreciate how easy going this process was!
My husband is not much of a doctor person but when he says he can't wait to see our family doctor and wants to go to the clinic I know something wrong, I was told to start calling at 4:30 and don't stop until you get answered, well after 370 times called and 2 hours later I finally gave up. What a joke this is. Why call it a walk in clinic when it isn't one. Needs to go back to how it was when it first opened, first come first serve!!!!!!!!!!!!
I’ve been here twice with my kids and had great experiences both times. I like calling ahead and waiting at home for my appt instead of in the office for hours. The office is very clean and doctors/staff are thorough and kind.
