What's the use?? Been on hold for half an hour just to make an appointment during their clinic hours. So just leave people in need of urgent medical care in the dark. Have some courtesy, at least enough to answer the phone. What's your excuse?
Knowledge, care and understanding from DrJones ! Shantell smile made me feel good . Happy I went there today with memories to share with everyone. Thank you guys
Why can't I get through to the clinic on Friday evening? I made an appointment with one administrator right there at the clinic, but another told me to call online only. It's really hard for me to get through to you by phone; they always hang up and don't answer. I also called yesterday during clinic hours and the answering machine said you can only make an appointment on Monday, even though the clinic is open on Saturday and Sunday. I'd like to see the doctor as soon as possible, as I have health problems!
