Hello Home Doctor clinic at Blackstone is one of the best. Doctor took their time, listened, and really looked me over when I was sick. Felt cared for, not rushed. Highly recommended
Absolute ridiculous service. Called ahead and was advised it was not busy and no patients waiting. Arrived 10 minutes later ahead of booked time and it was very busy. Booked an appointment online for 640pm. Only for my child to be triaged by nurses at 8pm. Still awaiting to see a Doc. To be told another 30 mins to see a doc which would be 830pm. Why have a booking system? Might as well have gone to the hospital with this type of waiting times.
Appointment was booked at short notice. High quality and comprehensive care was provided by Dr Singh and the nursing staff including pathology. No wait time with clean, modern facilities. Helpful admin staff. Would definitely use again.
