Suppose to shut at 10pm on a Sunday, I arrived at 8:50pm and I was told it was shut and was turned away, went to my car checked the website, it specifically mentioned 10pm, went back in, was let in and but advised that the doctor decided to 'cut it' and was told ripley was at full capacity. Really shocking service.
Wrost experience ever had. Takes two hour just to listen ‘ I don’t know’ from GP. And waiting for payment receipt from 4 days by daily calling their team.
Seen quickly, the loveliest nurse with a great sense of humour and a very experienced doctor. Great experience. Thanks so much!
I got bitten by my cat & seeing I’m a diabetic, my regular dr was closed. I love coming to this A/Hrs clinic is always experienced staff & looked after well & given effective treatment and a script for Antibiotics, to ensure I don’t get sick from my cat bite & claws. Treated quickly & back home within the hour. No waiting 12 hours here before you get to see Dr, like hospital. Thanks for the quick and professional service. I’ll be back again.
