Very, very frustrated with this company We got them out to come out and look at our washer because they are an LG washer repair company. We found out that it needed a part that was more expensive then a new washer. I called LG and they said if the technician would call them, they could work with him to see if the part was defective. This company damaged the side of a new refrigerator while repairing it. They refused to do anything about it. They are rude and have no customer service.
If I could give a negative score, I most certainly would. We were having a dishwasher delivered. I was called on Monday, June the 22nd, and told that they would call me the next day to let me know when the guys would be headed out, but should be around 2 p.m. give or take a two hour window. That was fine...just wanted some time so I could put my pets away while they were here so that they wouldn't interfere with the delivery and installation.
