Would give no stars If possible, was in a lot of pain and was told the place was a walk in clinic and that is definitely not the case the girl at reception was very rude. They only do walk in if there is a second doctor on and they charge an excess of $105 for a walk in appointment I was not willing to pay that much when I told the lady I will look somewhere else she had a smug look and rudely giggled at me when walking out. I do not recommend this horrible place to anyone

My son was in acute pain,Got to this clinic at 1250pm was told 1/2 hour to an hour wait.An hour later approached reception and asked how much longer, got told another hour to an hour and a half. I said the woman behind reception, “My son in agony “was told sorry we’re fully booked. So why then advertise as open for walk ins then, if there are no doctors available. At least have a doctor on for walk ins. Went to Joondalup health, he got in within 40mins of arrival. Won’t be going there again or telling others.

Rocked up at 6.15pm to be told dr to busy to see patients today as has catch up to do. Had to go elsewhere.

Drove 20 mins here to be turned away. Don't advertise for walk ins if you only take them on conditions!
